Gentle tape, applied only where your horse’s assessment shows it will help.
£10 with a massage, or £20 on its own

Rehabilitation support

How I work
The story starts when your horse is standing still
Most people only watch a horse move. I start by looking, and feeling, before I touch, so every session is built around what your horse shows me that day.
“When the lips start twitching and the eyes get heavy, that’s the magic moment.”
Every session
Four steps, every time
01
Watch them stand
Tension, asymmetry and compensation, then the 4 T’s: tone, texture, temperature and tenderness.
02
Watch them move
Walk and trot in hand, turning and backing up, then a range of motion check.
03
Massage, and tape if it helps
Soft tissue work at your horse’s pace. Tape only where their assessment shows it will help.
04
Aftercare for you and your vet
What I found, simple stretches, and written notes for you and your vet.

Good to know
Three things I tell every owner
Conformation can’t change. Compensation can.
Your horse’s build is theirs for life. Massage helps with how their body copes with it: the muscles working too hard, or not hard enough.
It’s maintenance, not a one-off fix
Muscles keep adapting to work, age and routine. Regular sessions, usually every 4 to 6 weeks, keep the progress coming.
Always alongside your vet
I don’t diagnose, and massage never replaces vet care. I contact your vet before a first session.
