Payment is due on the day, by bank transfer or cash. Travel fees depend on your location and are always confirmed when you book.

A deposit secures your booking and comes off the final price: £20 for massage sessions and £5 for K-taping only sessions.

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or move your appointment. With less notice the deposit is kept, and if nobody is there for the appointment the full fee is due.

Before your first session I contact your vet. If your horse is under veterinary care or has a diagnosed condition, I need their consent before treatment.

StrideWell is fully insured with Balens. Owners are responsible for making sure their horse is safe to handle and suitable for a session on the day.

If a horse becomes distressed or unsafe, I may pause or stop the session to protect both the horse and the handler.

What I collect. Only what I need for treatment, welfare, communication and insurance: your contact details and yard address; your horse’s details, vet practice, medical and behavioural history and workload; and, with your consent, photos or videos.

Why. To book and provide sessions, plan your horse’s care, communicate with your vet when needed, keep records and meet insurance and legal obligations. Never for marketing unless you say yes.

How it is kept. Encrypted storage, password-protected devices and locked paper records, kept for 7 years as insurance requires, then securely deleted or shredded.

Sharing and your rights. Shared only with your vet and insurers if required. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing StrideWellEquineMassage@outlook.com.

This website. Booking requests are stored securely on this site and emailed to me. No advertising or tracking cookies.
