About

Hello, I’m Beth

The therapist behind StrideWell: calm, thorough and always led by the horse.

I’ve been around horses for most of my life. I started riding at ten, and that early love grew into a passion for understanding how horses move, think and feel.

That led me to a three-year BSc (Hons) in Equine Sports Therapy, covering anatomy, biomechanics, rehabilitation and performance care. Alongside it I completed a CPD qualification in equine kinesiology taping.

Through StrideWell I combine that knowledge with a calm, patient, welfare-centred approach. Every horse is treated as an individual, and every session is tailored to their comfort and long-term wellbeing.

Every horse deserves to feel comfortable, listened to and understood.

A thank you

Frank, my star pupil

Frank helped me revise for my final exams, patiently letting me practise assessments, range of motion and stretches. He was paid in back scratches and treats.
