Booking and prices

How much does an equine massage cost?

New clients pay £50 for an assessment and full body massage (usually £55). K-taping is £10 with a massage, or £20 on its own. Travel is free within 10 miles of Dover, then £5 up to 20 miles and £10 up to 30.

How do I book and pay?

Send a request on the booking page, or call, text or message me. A deposit secures your date, and the rest is paid on the day by bank transfer or cash.

Do you travel to yards?

Yes, across East Kent. I confirm any travel fee before you book, and yard days with four or more horses have no travel fee.

Do I need my vet's permission?

I contact your vet before every first session. If your horse is injured, in rehab or under treatment, I need your vet’s go-ahead first, and I’m happy to arrange it.

How long does a session take?

Usually an hour to an hour and a half, depending on your horse and whether K-taping is included.

Sessions and care

Is massage a one-off fix?

No. It works best as regular maintenance. Most horses benefit from a session every 4 to 6 weeks; horses in heavy work or rehab may need more.

Can massage change my horse's conformation?

No. Your horse’s build can’t be changed. Massage helps with how they compensate for it: the muscles that end up overworking or underworking.

Do you offer kinesiology taping?

Yes, in a session or on its own, and only where your horse’s assessment shows it will help.

Will my horse need time off afterwards?

Most horses do best with 24 hours of light work only, such as turnout. I’ll give you tailored aftercare advice on the day.

What if my horse is nervous or sensitive?

That’s completely fine. I go slowly and let your horse relax into each technique at their own pace.

Can you work alongside my vet or physio?

Absolutely. I’m happy to work alongside your vet, physio or chiropractor as part of your horse’s wider plan.
